Allison Widdecombe is a bartender and lover of all food, libations, flavors, and arts; a pursuer of traveling, learning and experiencing life as actively as possible.

A cocktail event highlighting a tasting menu with salty taste sensations, paired with crafted cocktails showcasing Hendrick’s Gin.

Finding his passion for cocktails while attending CSU, Mario soon decided to take his career to the pinnacle of the industry and moved to Las Vegas. After fine tuning his craft as a mixologist at the Cosmopolitan and Tao Las Vegas, he made the move back home and is now the head bartender at The Oceanaire Seafood Room Denver.

Kevin Burke is the Beverage Director for Colt & Gray restaurant in Denver’s Highland Neighborhood. He is looking forward to the opening of their new cocktail bar, Ste. Ellie, in November of 2013.

Rob, a man who has worked in the darkest of dives, and alongside the brightest talent of mixology. A man with pure respect for the chemistry of a great cocktail, and the creativity of trying something a bit innovative and weird. Embracing the fun of drinking, and respecting the craftsmen who deliver spirits for our “thirst.” Rob currently resides behind the bar at The Populist.

A cocktail event highlighting a tasting menu with sweet taste sensations, paired with crafted cocktails showcasing Glenfiddich Scotch.

Noah Heaney is the Bar Manager and Lead Mixologist at Coohills, and will be leading a series of Reyka Vodka Craft Cocktail Classes as part of A Taste of Iceland in Denver. While Bar Manager at Coohills, Noah has helped institute a craft beverage program and refine the wine and beer offerings– further securing the restaurant’s reputation as one of the city’s premier dining experiences. Noah has experience bartending at both Colt and Gray and The Bitter Bar, served as the Beverage Purchasing Agent at BigRedF, and worked under James Beard Award winning chefs in some of America’s best restaurants.

A cocktail event highlighting a tasting menu with bitter taste sensations, paired with crafted cocktails, showcasing Art in The Age.

As Beverage Director for Root Down, Linger, and Root Down DIA I put a lot of effort into making sure our bar programs are well balanced and don’t get pigeon holed as just ‘having good cocktails’ or just ‘having a really good local wine list.’ I want people to find that our bars at all three of our locations have an equally good beer program as we do cocktail and wine programs: in short, we want to offer the best in all category and have a great selections: a little bit of everything for everyone.
