Modern in Denver is honored to present a special screening of the award winning film “Columbus”by director Kogonada and starring John Cho, Haley Lu Richardson, Parker Posey and Rory Culkin.
The film, set in Columbus, Indiana, takes place among this small town’s unique and historical mid-century modern architecture. Designed by some of the most innovative architects of the 20th century, Columbus has become a “Midwest Mecca of Modernist Architecture” and plays a significant role in the relationship of the two lead characters. Premiering at The Sundance Film Festival in 2017, “Columbus” has received an impressive 98% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The film will be screened at the Alamo Drafthouse – Sloan’s Lake.
